Starting with the basic learning process of swimming in coordination with individual abilities, going through a large variety of drill excercises designated to advanced swimmers and leading to a detailed analyse of swimming techniques of world-class swimmers, this book treats all the aspects of modern swimming in a very simple and transparant way. The principal objective ist to hand out al large range of ideas and images to swim instructors and swimmers themselves in order to help them during their process of teaching and learning.
