Delivery

The client will be able to select a shipping method among the availability regarding his/her location. The client must keep in mind that delivery term, the quality of the service, delivery point, and costs will be different depending on the shipping method chosen. Shipping costs shown in the website when placing the order are not certain and are calculated regarding the weight per book and/or DVD.

Switzerland

Within Switzerland books and dvds are delivered in 1-3 working days.

Europe

Shipping takes about 3-5 days. It is not possible to determine a precise delivery time. 

If book and dvd are ordered togehter, delivery will occure in two seperated parts because the book normaly will be sent from Germany and the dvd from Switzerland.

Ausserhalb der Schweiz kann nur gegen Bezahlung mit der Kreditkarte geliefert werden. Eine Bestellung gegen Rechnung nach Deutschland oder Österreich ist  nicht möglich.

Purchaser Rights and Returns Policy

www.schwimmwelt.com does not grant its clients neither the availability or delivery date of the goods offered in the website.

www.schwimmwelt.com grants its clients the possibility to cancel their orders at any time and with no additional cost, if notice is given before the order has been shipped.
The client will have the use of 14 days after de reception of the product to solve the contract and proceed with the returning of the purchased good, if necessary. The client will communicate www.schwimmwelt.com within the established term and by means of any of the described ways his/her decision to empower his right to solve the order. In these cases, www.schwimmwelt.com will give the money back by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the client, money order or by the corresponding credit in his her account.

If returning is due to defects, www.schwimmwelt.com, will besides take on all the exchanging costs.

Prices

All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs, Euros oder Dollars.

Payment

Customers located in Switzerland can pay by invoice. Outside of Switzerland the ordes has to be paid by credit card.

All the on-line payment operations are made through a secure server, based on a standard SSL protocol, protecting all the data from possible attempts of violation by a third party. Sensititve datas are not stored by www.schwimmwelt.com. The transactions are proceeded at PayPal or moneybookers. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
